* Drivers License *
* Social Security Card *
* Proof Of Income *
We will not process an application until the application fee and all documentation is received.
Requirements for Potential Tenants
* No evictions *
* No landlord/tenant judgments *
* No collection accounts *
* No active bankruptcies, must be discharged for at least 1 year *
* Utilities must be in the applicant’s name by the time of the move in *
* Must be employed with your current employer for 6 months or more *
Application Fee
* $35 For a single applicant *
* $50 TOTAL for 2 applicants *
Income Requirements
* 2x the rent amount for Section 8 voucher holders *
* 3x the rent amount for 1 adult applicant *
* 4x the rent amount for 2 adult applicants *
